Competition for the hiring of a national consultant to develop the concept of a government internship program for young people in the diaspora - students and graduates of universities abroad

The Diaspora Relations Office is launching a competition to hire a national consultant to develop the concept of a government internship program for young people in the diaspora - students or graduates of universities across the country. The aim of the program is to capitalize on the potential of young people in the diaspora and to stimulate their return to the Republic of Moldova.

Candidate profile:

  • Higher bachelor's degree (educational, social, legal or other relevant fields), postgraduate studies (master's degree, doctorate) will be an advantage;
  • At least 3 years of documented experience in international organizations, non-governmental organizations or public institutions specifically in the field of education, youth, social policy, other relevant fields;
  • Knowledge of the field and relevant national regulations;
  • Experience in performing similar tasks;
  • Experience in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating programs / policies;
  • Skills in analyzing, planning and synthesizing information, including developing feasibility studies and making recommendations;
  • Efficiency, flexibility, focus on results, tolerance and creative thinking;
  • Ability to work effectively individually and / or in a team;
  • Fluent knowledge of Romanian, knowledge of English will be an advantage.
      

Period of activity: 20 days (May-July 2022). The application deadline is April 30, 2022.
