Carol of the diaspora from Ukraine

The Esinencu family Veronica, Gabriela and Ciprian, grandchildren of the writer Nicolae Esinencu, returned home from Kyiv, Ukraine for the holidays and decided to cross the threshold of the Diaspora Relations Bureau to discuss the work they are doing. In the background, our guests told us about the tense situation that is in Ukraine and how they are dealing with blackouts and heat after the Russian missile attacks.

At the same time, our guests announced Christmas carols and wished us a better year, with Peace. They caroled the State Chancellery team in the Romanian and Ukrainian languages, and at the end of the artistic moments, all the carolers received gifts from the Secretary General of the Government, Igor Talmazan.

The Esinencu brothers Gabriela and Ciprian are former participants in the DOR Diaspora*Origins*Returns governmental program. During the program, they stood out for their talent in playing the flute and baian, performing at other events organized by the Diaspora Relations Bureau (BRD).
